Modern Machine Design: Integration Across All Disciplines
Our next meeting is Monday, February 11, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at our usual location, Pizza on the Hill in Tahoe Donner, 11509 Northwoods Blvd., Truckee.
This month we welcome Michael Lewis, Electrical Design Engineer and Software Team Lead; and Jonathan Palmer, Senior Mechanical Engineer for Autometrix, Inc., who will speak about Modern Machine Design: Integration Across All Disciplines.
The automation industry is being changed by bleed over from developments in consumer electronics … resulting in smarter, faster and more robust machine tools. An overview of the technology involved in modern industrial automation and machine design will be presented by Autometrix, a leading US developer of process automation for industrial textiles.
Again, the meeting will be on Monday, February 11, 6-8 pm at Pizza on the Hill in Tahoe Donner at 11509 Northwoods Blvd, Truckee. A $5 fee includes pizza and soft drinks.
Before and after the discussion, there will be time for networking with other technology people who live and work in the Tahoe-Truckee region.
This month’s event is co-sponsored by New Leaders and Clear Capital.
You can also find the “Silicon Mountain” group on LinkedIn and Facebook.
